Delete Your Blenc Account

To delete your Blenc account and associated data:

1. Open the Blenc app
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This includes accounts created via email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or as a guest.

What gets deleted:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your saved/favorited products and usage records

Deletion is immediate — removing your account cascades to delete these records from our database right away.

What is not stored on our servers to begin with:

• Garment photos are sent for AI analysis and are not saved on our backend
• Your analysis history is stored only on your device, not on our servers

What may be retained:

• Records we're legally required to keep (if any)

If you're unable to access the app to complete this, email us at support@blencai.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days.
